Shipping & Returns
Not happy with your order? We’re here to help.
We will gladly accept your return or exchange for any eligible item in its original unused condition within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. See exclusions below. After this time, we will not accept returns for a refund or exchange.
To return or exchange an eligible item, send an email to Happiness@PodSwag.com and include the following information:
- Order Number
- Item to be returned or exchanged
- Reason for the return or exchange
A customer care representative will respond to your request by email (Monday – Friday excluding holidays, please allow 48 hours for a response). If your item is eligible for return or exchange, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label to return your item(s). After receiving shipping label for the return or exchange, ship back all items within 30 days of receiving the return label, otherwise your return will be rejected. All items must be returned using the return label(s) provided. Returns or exchanges made without the provided label are invalid.
Exchanged items will be sent back to you via standard mail at no additional charge.
What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
Items eligible for return or exchange must be in the same condition as you received them. Items must be unwashed and unworn. Items cannot be stained or damaged in any way and not smell of smoke and/or body odor of any type. All original security, sewn in or hang tags must still be intact. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges for items purchased at venues other than on the PodSwag Merchandise Store at www.PodSwag.com.
We do not accept returns or exchanges from international addresses unless something about your order was incorrect or arrived damaged.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized/personalized items
- Bulk orders
- Posters (framed or unframed)
- Drinkware (glasses, mugs etc..)
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift Cards
- Swimwear
- Face Masks
- Hats
- Socks (if removed from packaging, or if plastic hang tag or paper sleeve is broken)
- Digital downloads
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs etc...)
- Advance Pre-Release /Preorder items
- Any item marked as non-returnable
Missing, Damaged or Wrong Items
Upon receiving your order, please verify the contents immediately against the items marked as shipped on your receipt. If you did not receive the correct item(s), received damaged merchandise (including non-returnable/non-exchangeable items) or have a question about the status of items being shipped separately, please contact us at Happiness@PodSwag.com immediately and include a photo of the erroneous or damaged items. We will gladly replace the defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise without additional charge or, at our option, provide you with a full refund. Items damaged after washing cannot be returned. All items will be reviewed upon receipt at our returns center.
Refunds and Credits
If your item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the final price paid including tax for the item to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days of our receipt, inspection and acceptance of the products returned. Your original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We suggest that you follow the tracking information, if any, and retain the receipt or proof of shipment from your shipper until after a refund has been issued. Your bank or card issuer can take additional time to post to your account. Please email Happiness@PodSwag.com for any questions on your return.
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return or exchange that item and you have a gift receipt or original packing label with the Order Number, contact us within 30 days of the date on the packing slip at Happiness@PodSwag.com to receive a merchandise credit in the amount of the purchase price. If you do not have a gift receipt or order number and we cannot confirm the purchase in our system we are unable to accept your return or exchange.
Price Adjustments
We do not price match or provide price protection, adjustments or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
